Required products :
 
600 grams of wholemeal flour
2 large bunches of fresh spinach
1 onion
100 milliliters of olive oil
1/3 tea cup crushed walnuts
a few tablespoons of frying oil
a few pinches of turmeric
salt and ground black pepper to taste
 
Method of preparation :
 
Pour the flour into a deep bowl, add olive oil and mix thoroughly. Gradually pour a tea cup of water at room temperature and knead a firm dough.
Shape it into a ball, cover with a thick towel and leave for 30 minutes.
 
Cut the onion very finely and fry it for a minute in hot oil. Then add the spinach, stir, and after a minute season with salt and ground black pepper to taste.
It's time to add the crushed walnuts, stir again and remove the pan from the heat. Allow the mixture to cool.
 
Divide the dough into two parts. Spread one on the bottom of the form (cover with parchment), which you will use for baking the pie. Put the stuffing on this base, leave 1 cm at the edges without spinach. Cover with the remaining dough and place the dish in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees. Let it cook for about 30 minutes.
