How To Cook Wholemeal Pizza With Broccoli And Zucchini - Recipe

Required products :

  • 220 grams of broccoli (young fresh broccoli)
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 460 grams of wholemeal flour
  • 400 grams of yogurt
  • 130 grams of basil pesto
  • 125 grams of mozzarella - ripe, grated
  • 50 pitted olives, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, cut into thin strips
  • peel of 1 lemon, grated
  • 1 chopped hot red pepper
  • basil for sprinkling

Method of preparation :

Turn on the top reotan in the oven and bake the broccoli, seasoned and drizzled with olive oil. Bake them for 7-8 minutes.

Meanwhile, mix the flour and milk, add salt and knead a soft dough. Knead for at least 5 minutes, and if the dough is very soft, add more flour. Divide it into 4 equal parts, and roll each into a circle about 1/2 centimeter thick.

Turn the oven to 220 degrees.

Line two large baking trays with parchment paper and place 2 pizza trays.

Coat the 4 marshmallows with pesto and sprinkle with mozzarella on top. Spread the olives, broccoli and zucchini strips on them.

Bake for 12-14 minutes until the dough is golden.

Finally, sprinkle with fresh lemon zest and hot pepper. Garnish with basil leaves and serve.
