Required products :
150 grams of wholemeal flour
1 teaspoon fast-acting yeast
80 milliliters of warm water
3 tablespoons olive oil
tomato paste for spreading
onions, tomatoes, broccoli, mushrooms - to taste
cheese to taste
spices and herbs to taste
Method of preparation :
Mix the flour and yeast, leave for 15 minutes, then pour the water, olive oil, salt and knead the dough.
While it rises, make the filling. To do this, cut onions and tomatoes, stew with mushrooms and broccoli until semi-finished.
Roll out the dough thinly, spread it with tomato paste and sprinkle with dry spices and herbs to taste. Spread the vegetables on the surface and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake the pizza for 20 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
