How To Cook Wholemeal Pizza With Peanut Sauce And Vegetables - Recipe

Required products :

  • 450 grams of wholemeal pizza dough
  • 1/3 cup peanut sauce
  • 1 cup red cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup sweet canned corn
  • 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup coriander and mint, chopped
  • slices of lime for serving

Method of preparation :

Turn on the grill grill.

Roll out the dough on a floured surface in the shape of a circle. Grease the grill and bake the dough, closing the grill lid. Cook until the dough is slightly swollen and browned (1-2 minutes). Using tongs, turn the baked pizza pan over. Spread with peanut sauce and garnish with cabbage, corn, onion and mozzarella. Close the lid again and bake until the mozzarella is melted and the crust is slightly browned (2-3 minutes).

Serve the pizza with lime slices and sprinkle with coriander and mint.
