Necessary products

For the dough:

  • 250 milliliters of warm water
  • 2 teaspoons fast-acting yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 300 grams of wholemeal flour
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 medium potatoes
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt for potatoes

 

For the stuffing:

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • onion head
  • 2 tablespoons rosemary
  • 100 grams of mermaid tofu
  • a pinch of salt and pepper
  • 5-10 cherry tomatoes

 

Method of preparation :

Pour warm water into a bowl, add 1/2 teaspoon salt and yeast, stir.

In a separate bowl, pour the flour, to which gradually pour the water with the yeast, kneading the dough. If necessary, use a little more flour until the dough stops sticking to your hands.

Then put it back in the bowl, pour olive oil and cover the dish with plastic wrap. Leave for 2 hours in a warm place.

Meanwhile, prepare the potatoes. First, cut them into circles, arrange in a pan, sprinkle with 1/2 tablespoon of salt and pour cold water. Let stand for about an hour. Then drain the liquid, rinse the potatoes and dry them.

Preheat the oven to the highest temperature.

Knead the dough and make the base of the pizza from it. Coat it with olive oil and arrange part of the sliced ​​Tofu cheese.

Followed by potato rings, onions, sprinkle with rosemary, salt and pepper.

Finally, distribute the remaining cheese and cherry tomatoes, divided into two parts.

Drizzle the filling with the remaining olive oil and bake until the potatoes are red.
