Learn how to cook "Wholemeal porridge with baked bananas and cinnamon". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
4 tablespoons wholemeal flakes
1 teaspoon milk
1 banana
1 tablespoon cane sugar
1 tablespoon butter
20 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
salt to taste
cinnamon to taste
nuts or fruits for decoration
Method of preparation :
Turn on the oven to preheat to 190 degrees.
Peel a banana and cut it in half lengthwise or into circles. Arrange them in a pan, pour over the freshly squeezed orange juice, sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon and arrange small pieces of butter on top. Bake in a preheated 190 degree oven for about 15-20 minutes until a golden appetizing crust forms.
While the banana is baking, boil the porridge in the milk. You can add seeds of your choice (for example, flax, chia ...).
Transfer to a suitable dish, put the baked bananas on top and you can sprinkle with nuts, also serve with fresh raspberries, for example.
