Necessary products:

 

  • 10 slices wholemeal bread
  • 100 grams of seed mix of your choice
  • 70 grams of butter
  • 250 grams of cream cheese
  • 100 grams of mascarpone
  • salt, pepper
  • 3 pressed garlic cloves
  • half a bunch of fresh dill
  • lemon juice
  • 1 lime, cut into quarters
  • 100-150 grams of smoked sliced ​​salmon
  • 100 grams of blanched shrimp
  • 2 stalks of fresh onion, finely chopped
  • parsley or dill for decoration

 

Method of preparation:

 

Crush the bread or grind it in a blender. Add the butter, seeds and pour half of the mixture into a cake pan. Cool for half an hour, then make the cream.

Mix the mascarpone with the cream cheese and season with garlic, dill, salt and pepper. Add lemon juice and stir. Spread half of the cream on the granular base and cover with the rest.

Spread the salt cream on it. Cut and arrange the salmon, shrimp and garnish with lime slices. Garnish with finely chopped green onions and parsley or dill. Cool, cut and serve.
