Necessary products:

 

for the base

 

  • 1 teaspoon and a half wholemeal flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon cold water
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

 

for the filling

 

  • 5-6 fresh basil leaves
  • 1 cup boiled lentils
  • juice of one lemon
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 200 grams of cherry tomatoes
  • 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • salt, pepper


Method of preparation:

Pour olive oil into a bowl and freeze for 30 minutes. Put the flour, water and salt in a blender and pour in the cold fat. Beat until crumbly.

Spread a pie tin with a sheet of parchment, roll out the dough and form a crust. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. In a clean blender put the lentils, basil, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil and beat until smooth.

Spread the resulting mixture on the dough crust. Cut the tomatoes and arrange them on top. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and rosemary. Bake for 35-40 minutes and when ready, cool, cut and serve.
