Necessary products:

100 grams of oatmeal

1 tsp spice mixture of your choice

50 grams of brown sugar

50 grams of butter

For the filling:

8 pieces of red apple

25 grams of butter

25 grams of sugar

2 tablespoons blackcurrant jam

500 grams of fresh egg cream

290 ml of cream

Method of preparation:

Mix the oatmeal, spices and sugar. Melt the butter in a pan, pour the resulting mixture and fry for 5 minutes, stirring constantly (the sugar should stick to the nuts). Then transfer to a bowl and allow to cool.

Cut the apples into pieces. Melt the butter for the stuffing and fry them quickly in it. Sprinkle with sugar, leave for another 2-3 minutes on the stove, then remove and allow to cool.

Once this is done, pour the fruit and half of the oatmeal in a glass bowl, put the jam, egg custard on it. Whip the cream, pour it over the cream, sprinkle with the remaining oats. That is all. If you wish, you can put the dessert in the refrigerator for a while before serving.
