How To Cook Yellow Cheese Cobbler With Minced Meat And Onions - Recipe

Required products :

500 grams of minced meat
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons flour
500 grams of onion
2 tablespoons ketchup
bay leaf, salt and ground black pepper

For the dough:

2 teaspoons flour
100 grams chilled butter
150 grams grated cheese
salt to taste
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

Method of preparation :

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the minced meat and onion until golden. Then add the flour, ketchup, spices and mix everything thoroughly.

Pour the flour into a bowl and add the cooled butter to it. Grind until fine crumbs, then add salt, sauce and grated cheese. Start pouring a little water until you get a soft dough.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

Distribute the minced meat in a suitable form and place in the oven for 20-30 minutes.

During this time, shape the dough into a sausage and cut it into pieces 2 cm thick. Arrange them on the minced meat layer and return to the oven for another 35-40 minutes until the dish turns golden.

Submit a cobbler upstairs.
