Required products :

250 grams of hard yellow cheese

100 milliliters of olive oil (maybe oil)

3 tablespoons lemon juice

1 1/2 tablespoons liquid honey

1 tablespoon mixture of basil, coriander, fresh dill and rosemary

1 clove garlic

1 finely chopped unpeeled pepper (if you prefer, use hot or add a pinch of hot red pepper)

Method of preparation :

Mix all the products for the marinade. Cut the yellow cheese into pieces measuring about 1.5 x 1.5 cm or 2.0 x 2.0 cm, arrange them on a plate, pour over the prepared mixture and leave for about an hour, after which you can serve.

 

Another option is to prepare the appetizer from the previous day, close it in a suitable container and put it in the refrigerator. Warm it slightly before serving.
