Required products :
150 grams of yellow cheese
1.5 teaspoons flour
80 grams butter
4 tablespoons fresh milk
salt and grated lemon peel to taste
sesame, cumin - optional and to taste
Method of preparation :
Grate the yellow cheese and butter finely, mix them, add salt, then add the grated lemon peel to taste, pour in the milk and stir. Finally, add the flour, kneading a soft and elastic dough.
Roll out a layer 0.5 cm thick, cut into strips and roll each of them like a tube.
If desired, sprinkle with sesame seeds, cumin or other seeds.
Arrange the saltines in a tray covered with a sheet of parchment. Bake until golden (about 15 minutes at 180 degrees).
Once cooled, serve.
