Required products :
150 grams of yellow cheese
2 eggs
50 grams of butter
50 grams of flour
1 cup of milk
Method of preparation :
Melt the butter in a suitable saucepan, then add the flour, stirring constantly.
Pour in the milk slowly and gradually, without stopping to stir.
Cut the yellow cheese into small pieces and add to the other products in the pan. Stir until melted.
Remove the pan from the heat and add the yolks. Stir again.
Beat the egg whites to a stiff foam and add to the yellow cheese mixture.
Grease the bottom and walls of suitable bowls with oil, sprinkle with flour and distribute the finished combination in them.
