Necessary products:

 

  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon wholemeal flour
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 100 milliliters of beer
  • 150-200 grams of grated yellow cheese or hard cheese
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 2 tablespoons soft butter


Method of preparation:

 

Grease and knead a loaf pan. In a bowl, place the two types of flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and dill. Stir and pour the beer, sprinkle with cheese and add the butter.

Mix the mixture with a wooden stirrer and pour it into the form. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the bread for 30-40 minutes.

 

Cool, remove from the pan, cut and serve. Optionally, garnish the slices with butter or cream cheese.
