Necessary products:
- 500 grams of potatoes, pre-cooked
- 2 stalks of fresh onion
- a few sprigs of fresh parsley
- 150 grams of grated cheddar
- 100 grams of grated yellow cheese
- 50 grams of sour cream
- 1 egg
- 100 grams of flour
- salt, pepper
- frying fat
Method of preparation:
Put the potatoes in a bowl and mash them with a press. Add the chopped fresh onion, parsley and grated yellow cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste, beat the egg and add the cream.
Mix until homogeneous, form meatballs and flour them on both sides. Heat the fat in a pan and fry until golden.
Cool and serve the yellow meatballs, garnished with a spoonful of sour cream.
