Required products :
- 2 tea cups of natural thick yogurt
- 1 fresh cucumber
- 1 clove garlic (or to taste)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- sea salt and white pepper to taste
Method of preparation :
Grate the cucumber on a medium grater, sprinkle with spices. Finely chop the garlic, add honey and yogurt. Mix all ingredients, you should get a uniform consistency. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with pieces of cucumber and serve.
