Necessary products:

400 grams of butter or margarine (200 g for the filling and 200 g for the dough)

5 eggs (4 for the filling and 1 for the dough)

300 grams of sugar (150 for the filling and 150 for the dough)

350 grams of wheat flour

50 grams of cocoa powder

10 grams of baking powder

500-600 grams of cottage cheese

1.5 tablespoons starch

vanilla sugar

Method of preparation:

Knead dough without cocoa: 200 grams butter, 1 egg, 150 grams sugar, 350 grams flour, 1 pack. baking powder. Divide it into 2 parts (one larger than the other). In the larger put the cocoa and knead until smooth.

Next is the filling: 500 grams of nonfat cottage cheese, 4 eggs, 200 grams of butter, 1.5 tablespoons of starch, a pinch of vanilla sugar, 150 grams of granulated sugar. Mix all these products and beat with a mixer.

Take the baking tray and put strips of white dough, between them - of the dark (with cocoa). The strips should be long enough so that after covering the bottom, they can curl along the walls of the vessel. In the resulting "bed" pour the curd filling. "Close", alternating white and dark strips of dough again.

Bake at 180 degrees for about 1 hour.

The zebra is ready. Enjoy!
