How To Cook Zucchini And Corn Meatballs With Milk Sauce - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Zucchini and corn meatballs with milk sauce". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products:

  • 2 zucchini, grated and drained
  • 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
  • 1 cup red pepper, chopped
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 6 tablespoons wholemeal or white flour
  • olive oil
  • milk sauce with mint
  • lemon slices

* A tea cup is used to measure the quantities.

Method of preparation:

Mix the zucchini, corn, peppers, eggs, parmesan, dill and flour well in a bowl. Shape into meatballs.

Sprinkle a large skillet with olive oil and heat over medium heat. Bake the meatballs in the pan for about 4 minutes or until browned and ready. Serve with milk sauce with mint and lemon slices.
