How To Cook Zucchini And Yellow Cheese Casserole - Recipe

Required products :

  • 700 grams of zucchini
  • 200 grams of yellow cheese
  • 1 stalk of leek
  • black pepper and salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon mix of Mediterranean herbs
  • 4 tablespoons sunflower oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/2 cup fresh milk
  • tomatoes - optional and for decoration

 

Method of preparation :

Grate the zucchini, squeeze their juice. Grate the yellow cheese as well, chop the leeks finely (both the white and the green part).

Beat the milk and eggs (together) with a fork, season with pepper, salt and add the flour. Stir gently and then pour the zucchini, leeks and cheese. Stir again.

Take a small round shape. Grease the bottom, pour the mixture and bake at 180 degrees for about 40-50 minutes.
