How To Cook Zucchini Cake Stuffed With Processed Cheese And Garlic - Recipe

Necessary products

For the dough:

  • 2 medium zucchini
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tablespoons flour (amount is approximate)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • dill to taste
  • oil

For the stuffing:

  • melted cheese
  • mayonnaise
  • garlic

* The quantities of the filling products are to taste

Method of preparation :

Grate the zucchini with a coarse grater. Season with salt and pepper, add the beaten egg, chopped dill and flour. Stir thoroughly and bake pancakes from the mixture in the standard way.

Make the filling.

Grate the melted cheese coarsely, add mayonnaise and crushed garlic. Stir and spread the resulting cream on the pumpkin pancakes. Arrange them on top of each other, assembling the cake.
