Required products :
1 kg of zucchini
2 tomatoes
100 grams of yellow cheese
500 milliliters of fresh milk
80 grams of butter
1 tablespoon flour
lubricating oil
salt to taste
Method of preparation :
Wash and cut the zucchini about 0.5 cm thick. Grease a pan with oil or cover the bottom with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for about 7 - 10 minutes. Arrange half of the zucchini in the pan, add salt (and pepper if desired) to taste. Followed by salt chopped tomatoes.
Make the sauce. Melt the butter, add the flour and stir until all the lumps disappear. Pour the milk in a thin stream, stirring constantly, add salt and spices of your choice. Cook over low heat until the consistency is like liquid cream.
Pour the zucchini and tomatoes (the sauce should cover them, but not much more than them), sprinkle with half of the grated cheese. Put the other part of the zucchini, salt, pepper and the remaining yellow cheese.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
