Required products :

500 grams zucchini
2 cloves garlic
2 slices old white bread
2 egg whites
dill and parsley to taste a
pinch of ground turmeric
pinch of ground black pepper
salt to taste

Method of preparation :

Cut the zucchini into thin slices (about 3-5 millimeters thick).
Squeeze the garlic cloves, break the bread, chop the green spices finely. Mix the prepared products and grind them with a blender until smooth.

In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt.

Then dip each piece of zucchini in the egg whites, roll in the garlic breadcrumbs and arrange on a wire rack.

Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for about 30 minutes, turning on the appliance on the bottom for the first 20 minutes and on the top for the last 10 minutes.

Sprinkle the finished chips with black pepper and turmeric, add salt to taste.

You can serve as a side dish to fish, meat or vegetables.
