Required products :

  • 3 medium-sized zucchini, cut into thin slices
  • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • black pepper to taste, freshly crushed
  • a pinch of kosher salt
  • olive oil

Method of preparation :

  • Preheat oven to 220 degrees and cover the bottom of two large baking trays with parchment paper.
  • Arrange the zucchini on kitchen paper, cover them with a second layer of paper and lightly press them with your palms to dry.
  • Distribute them in the prepared pans and sprinkle with olive oil.
  • In a small bowl, combine parmesan, parsley, black pepper and salt. Stir.
  • Spread the mixture on the pumpkin slices and bake for about 25-30 minutes until the parmesan is melted.
  • Serve the zucchini chips warm, garnished with garlic sauce.
