How To Cook Zucchini Frittata With Garlic, Onion And Yellow Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

  • 800 grams of zucchini
  • 4-5 eggs
  • 50 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 100 grams of yellow cheese
  • bunch parsley or other fresh green spice
  • 2-3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • left

 

Method of preparation :

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the finely chopped garlic and onion in it for a minute. Then add the zucchini, which you have previously turned into semicircles or quarters. Let simmer for about 6-7 minutes on medium heat.

 

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and beat them with the milk and a pinch of salt. Add the yellow cheese, grated before, chopped parsley or other green spice. Stir.

 

Transfer the resulting mixture to a greased suitable form (maybe silicone, with a diameter of about 21 centimeters).

 

Place in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for half an hour.

 

The summer dish is ready.
