How To Cook Zucchini Lasagna With Cream Cheese, Tomatoes And Yellow Cheese - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 1 kg of zucchini
  • 150 grams of finely chopped cheese
  • 125 grams of cream cheese
  • 3-4 soft tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • salt, black pepper, paprika
  • 200 grams of grated yellow cheese
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 350 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 200 grams of yogurt
  • frying oil

 

Method of preparation:

 

Wash and dry the zucchini. Using a peeler, cut them into thin slices and add salt. Grease a rectangular pan and cover the bottom with a row of zucchini and pieces of cheese.

 

Heat oil in a pan and fry onions, tomatoes, grated carrots and season with salt, black and red pepper to taste.

 

Spread the mixture in the pan, cover with zucchini, sprinkle with cheese and alternate the products until they run out. With a clean saucepan, heat the fat, fry the flour and dilute with a mixture of yogurt and milk.

Season with salt and pepper and pour over the dish. Sprinkle with yellow cheese, preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for 30 minutes. Cool, cut and serve.
