Required products :
200 grams of grated zucchini
1 egg
50 grams of grated yellow cheese
4 tablespoons flour
1 bunch green onions
salt and pepper to taste
For the stuffing:
yellow cheese, sliced
tomatoes cut into thin slices (peel them)
Method of preparation :
Make a dough by mixing the grated zucchini, egg, 50 grams of grated cheese, flour and chopped onion. Season with salt and pepper. Put 1 tablespoon of the mixture in a pan with heated fat, followed by a slice of tomato, a piece of cheese and again from the dough. Fry on both sides. Continue in the same way until the products are exhausted.
