How To Cook Zucchini Meatballs With Bacon And Garlic Sauce - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Zucchini meatballs with bacon and garlic sauce". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 2 medium zucchini, peeled, grated and drained
  • 1 medium potato, peeled and grated
  • 4 slices of bacon, finely chopped / about 100 grams /
  • 1/4 tea cup flour
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, finely chopped
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 3-4 tablespoons oil

For garlic milk :

  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1/2 teaspoon yogurt
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

  • Squeeze the zucchini in your palms and spread them on kitchen paper. Leave them to stand for about 2-3 minutes.
  • In a bowl, mix the zucchini, potatoes, bacon, flour, egg and onion.
  • Season with salt and pepper and stir.
  • Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Pour 1/4 cup of the mixture into the pan and shape the pumpkin meatball with a spoon, pressing it lightly.
  • Fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
  • Transfer the finished meatballs to kitchen paper to drain off excess fat.
  • Make the garlic sauce by mixing the ingredients in a small bowl and mixing well.
  • Serve the zucchini and bacon meatballs warm, sprinkled with green onions and garnished with garlic yogurt.
