Required products :
1 zucchini
200 grams high-fat cottage cheese
50 grams dill
150 grams cheese
1 egg
2-3 tablespoons flour
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
oil for frying
sour cream to serve
Method of preparation :
Remove the stems of fennel stalks, the rest cut into small pieces. Grate the zucchini (without peeling it) using a large grater.
Mash the cottage cheese and cheese together in a bowl or use a blender. Then mix them with the egg, add the dill, zucchini, flour and spices to taste.
Mix all products thoroughly. Using a tablespoon, scoop out the mixture and fry the meatballs in hot oil until a golden crust forms on both sides.
Serve with sour cream.
