Method of preparation:

Grate the yellow cheese on a medium grater, peel the onion. Wash and dry the zucchini, if they are young, you do not need to peel them. Finely chop the green spices.

Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater and pour them on a paper towel to absorb the juice. Cut onions into thin semicircles. Mix the vegetables, salt and pepper, stir and pour into a sieve to drain off excess liquid. Add the grated yellow cheese, green spices, nutmeg, breadcrumbs, baking powder and flour to the resulting mixture. Beat the egg separately and add it to the mixture. Add salt, spices and mix everything well.

Using a tablespoon, scoop out the "minced meat", form small meatballs and fry them in preheated olive oil to form a yellow crust. Arrange the prepared meatballs on a napkin to drain off excess fat.

Make the sauce. Grate the cucumber and mash the garlic with a press. Then mix the milk, cream, olive oil, grated cucumber, crushed garlic, chopped green spices and a pinch of salt. Mix everything thoroughly until a uniform consistency is obtained.

Be sure to cool the sauce before serving.

Arrange the meatballs on a plate and pour the fragrant milk sauce with garlic.

Enjoy your meal!
