Method of preparation :
Cut the zucchini into thin long pieces, salt them, roll in flour and fry in oil.
Grate the cheese, add one egg, green spices, salt, pepper and stir.
Arrange half of the zucchini on the bottom of an oiled pan, spread the filling on top, sprinkle with green spices and then close with the remaining zucchini.
Beat the second egg with the yoghurt, add black pepper and salt and pour this mixture over the contents of the pan.
Bake the dish until golden and enjoy its wonderful taste.
