Required products :

180 - 200 grams of zucchini

40 grams of onions

30 grams of carrots

30 milliliters of oil

20 grams of parsley or other green spice of your choice

5 eggs

Method of preparation :

Finely chop the onion, grate the carrot. Fry the onion in the fat, add the carrot, pour a little water and stew for 2-3 minutes. Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into small cubes.
