Wash the vegetables. Peel an onion and cut it into cubes, grate a carrot and zucchini on a medium grater. Mix them, add salt and spices to taste and then add the eggs. Mix everything and you should bake the "pancakes" immediately (note that there is no flour in the recipe). It is better to bake than to fry, so cover the bottom of the pan with baking paper, put a few drops of olive oil and scoop with a spoon, spread the "minced meat" in the dish, forming pancakes. Bake them at 180 degrees on the middle level of the oven for 20 minutes. You can reverse if you notice that they do not become even.
While the pancakes are cooking, make the sauce. To do this, finely chop the dill and/or parsley, mash the garlic and grate the cucumber. Add spices and salt to taste. Mix all products.
Serve the finished pancakes in a "bed" of sauce, you can also pour them with it.
