How To Cook Zucchini Pancakes With Potatoes And Spices - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 2 zucchini
  • 3 potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic, pressed
  • 2 sprigs of fresh dill
  • 100 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 1 teaspoon and a half flour
  • a pinch of salt and sugar
  • a few stalks of fresh onions
  • a few sprigs of fresh parsley
  • 5 grams of curry powder
  • 3 eggs

 

Method of preparation:

 

Wash and dry the zucchini. Grate them in bulk and place in a bowl. Peel the potatoes and onions, plan them and combine with the zucchini.

Add garlic, finely chopped dill, parsley, onion and season with salt and sugar. Stir until smooth and add the milk, eggs, flour, curry. Stir again and heat the pan.

 

Grease it with oil, scoop a ladle of the mixture and spread with swirling motions. Bake on both sides for 4-5 minutes each. Arrange on a plate and serve the pancakes, garnished with a sauce of your choice.
