Necessary products
For the roll:
2 zucchini
2 onions
5 eggs
4 tablespoons fine oatmeal
2-3 tablespoons flour
2-3 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon mustard
dill and parsley to taste
salt and ground black pepper to taste
For the filling :
200 grams of sausages
100 grams of yellow cheese
70-80 milliliters of ketchup
Preparation :
Peel onions and garlic, chop finely. Chop the green spices as well.
Wash the zucchini and grate them with a coarse grater. Add salt and let stand for about 10-15 minutes. Then drain them from the liquid and mix with the beaten eggs. Add onion, garlic, oats, flour, mustard and spices.
Cover the bottom of a suitable form with baking paper, grease with oil and distribute the resulting mixture evenly. The thickness of the layer should be about 1.5-2 centimeters. Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for about 15-20 minutes.
Cut the sausages into small pieces, grate the yellow cheese on a large grater.
When you take the finished zucchini loaf out of the oven, spread it with ketchup and spread the sausages and yellow cheese on it.
Roll up a roll and bake it until it acquires an appetizing crust (about 15-20 minutes).
About 5-7 minutes before the dish is completely ready, sprinkle with finely grated cheese and return to the oven.
Garnish with radishes, ketchup and chopped parsley.
