How To Cook Zucchini Rolls Stuffed With Chicken, Yellow Cheese And Garlic - Recipe

Required products :

2 zucchini
1 piece chicken breast (fillet)
2 cloves garlic
50 grams yellow cheese
mustard, pepper puree or other sauce of your choice a
few leaves of fresh basil
salt and pepper to taste
olive oil

Preparation :
Wash the zucchini, dry them and cut into strips about 0.5 cm thick.


Cut the chicken fillet into thin strips, beat and season with salt and pepper.
Crush the garlic cloves, add them to the meat dish and leave for 15-20 minutes.


Cover the bottom of the pan with parchment paper and arrange the zucchini. Coat them with olive oil, add salt and place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 5 minutes. This is done to make it easy to roll them.
Spread the pieces of meat on the zucchini, sprinkle with grated cheese and finely chopped basil, and add a little sauce of your choice.


Form rolls, which you string on skewers. Arrange in a pan and bake them in the oven for about 25 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.


The dish is delicious both hot and cold.
