Required products :
- 2 zucchini
- 2 boiled eggs
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 50 grams of carrots in Korean
- frying oil
- salt and parsley to taste
Method of preparation :
Cut the zucchini thinly lengthwise.
Fry in oil until done. Remove on paper.
The eggs must be hard-boiled. After peeling them, grind in a blender together with the garlic clove.
Once a porridge is obtained, add mayonnaise to it and season to taste.
Beat everything until you get a smooth cream.
Apply a layer of it along the entire length of the zucchini.
Carrots follow.
Roll up rolls, arrange them on a plate and decorate with fresh parsley stalks.
