Required products :

800 grams of hake or fillet from another fish of your choice

2 medium zucchini

5 cloves garlic

salt, pepper and spices for fish - to taste

6 tablespoons ketchup

Method of preparation :

Clean the fish, cut it into pieces and season with spices. Roll them in flour and fry in hot oil.

Wash the zucchini and cut them into pieces about 1 cm thick. Arrange them in a row in a pan greased with oil, grease them with oil and place in the oven at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes or until soft.

When this happens, spread ketchup on each piece and sprinkle with pre-crushed garlic. At the end of each put a piece of fried fish and roll. Secure the finished rolls with toothpicks.

Cover the bottom of the pan with foil, grease with oil and arrange the rolls. Put a little ketchup on the surface of each of them, pour the broth, sprinkle with grated cheese and place the dish in the oven. Bake for half an hour at 180 degrees.

When you take it out, remove the sticks and arrange the rolls in a suitable plate on the lettuce / lettuce leaves.
