Required products :

1 zucchini

40 grams of cottage cheese (or more, depending on the size of the zucchini)

per 40 grams of cottage cheese 1 tablespoon sour cream

a few cloves of garlic

salt and pepper to taste

oil

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the zucchini into thin strips lengthwise, fry them on both sides in a dry pan without fat. Arrange them on a plate, pour oil and add salt.

Mix the cottage cheese with the cream and mashed garlic, add salt to taste, you can also add chopped parsley if desired.

Spread the fragrant filling on the zucchini and roll up the rolls, which you fasten with toothpicks if you need to keep the shape.

Serve the appetizer cold.
