Learn how to cook "Zucchini rolls with nettle, cottage cheese and walnuts". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
1 zucchini
60 grams of fresh nettle
30 grams of walnuts
100 grams of cottage cheese
2 cloves garlic
pinch of oregano
pinch of cumin
dill to taste
Method of preparation :
Wash the zucchini, cut it into thin long pieces, sprinkle with salt and arrange the strips on top of each other. Leave them in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.
Wash the nettle and grind it with a blender together with the garlic cloves. Add the cottage cheese, walnuts and spices. Mix everything thoroughly. If the curd is very dry, pour a few teaspoons of milk.
At one end of the strips, zucchini put the resulting fragrant stuffing and roll.
Arrange them in a suitable container, which you close with a lid or cover with plastic wrap, and store in the refrigerator for an hour.
Then serve.
