Required products :

400 grams of zucchini
50-70 grams of walnuts (or hazelnuts)
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Method of preparation :

Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Then cut into thin slices using a vegetable peeler. You can also use a sharp knife for this purpose, it is important that the stripes are thin.

 

Put them in a bowl and season with salt and ground black pepper. Pour olive oil and vinegar.

 

Stir thoroughly, with your hands it is more convenient.

 

Allow the salad to stand for 20 minutes or longer to marinate.
