How To Cook Zucchini Skewers With Minced Meat In Foil - Recipe

Required products :

600 grams of minced meat

1 egg

1 tablespoon tomato paste

1 small onion

3 cloves garlic

3 tablespoons breadcrumbs

a few small zucchini

3 tomatoes

a little soy sauce (to taste, but do not overdo it)

salt and pepper to taste

200 grams of yellow cheese for sprinkling

parsley or dill for sprinkling

wooden skewers.

 

Method of preparation :

Finely chop the onion, add it to the minced meat. Add the egg, salt and pepper to taste, tomato paste, grated or chopped garlic cloves, breadcrumbs. Knead.

Wash the zucchini and cut into circles (thicker). If they are not very young, peel beforehand. Season with a little salt and pepper, add a little soy sauce.

Cut the tomatoes into thick circles.

String the products on the wooden skewers, alternating zucchini, minced meat, tomato until they run out, ending with zucchini.

 

Wrap the skewers in foil and bake in the oven at a temperature of about 200 degrees. About 30-40 minutes are enough.

When you take it out of the oven, unroll the foil and sprinkle the skewers with grated yellow cheese.

 

Return to the oven for 5 minutes.

 

You can now sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley and serve the delicious dish.
