Necessary products:

  • tomato sauce with turkey and mushrooms
  • 8 cups of zucchini spaghetti (from 3 medium-sized zucchini)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan (or yellow cheese), grated

Method of preparation:

Prepare tomato sauce with turkey and mushrooms.

While the sauce is cooking, grate the zucchini through a spiral. You can eat them raw or bake them in the oven, flavored with olive oil and spices of your choice.

Serve the zucchini spaghetti in a bowl or box, garnish with tomato sauce and sprinkle with parmesan.

Close the box with a lid and store in the refrigerator. Packed in this way, you can take it to work and heat it in the microwave for 2-3 minutes before lunch.
