How To Cook Zucchini Stuffed With Mushrooms, Rice And Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 kg of zucchini
  • 400 grams of fresh mushrooms (mushrooms or others of your choice)
  • 100 grams of yellow cheese (can tofu or other cheese)
  • 100 grams of rice
  • 40 milliliters of vegetable fat
  • black pepper, green spices and salt to taste
  • 1-2 onions
  • 1 carrot
  • 1-2 tomatoes

 

Method of preparation :

Peel the zucchini and cut them into thick circles (about 2-3 centimeters), carve the inside and sprinkle the inside of the walls with salt and pepper.

Pour the mushrooms in boiling water, then drain and rinse the mushrooms. Do this three times.

Cut the mushrooms and fry them in oil together with the chopped onions and carrots. Fix.

Boil the rice until almost ready and mix it with the mushrooms and vegetables.

Arrange the zucchini rings in a greased pan and pour a little water into the bowl. Fill them with the prepared combination and sprinkle with grated cheese. Put a tomato circle on it and sprinkle with yellow cheese again.

Bake the dish for 30-40 minutes in the oven, which is preheated to 180-200 degrees.
