Necessary products:

 

  • 1-2 fresh zucchini
  • 150 grams of finely chopped yellow cheese
  • 150 grams of finely chopped ham
  • 2 soft tomatoes, peeled
  • 3-4 sprigs of fresh parsley
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 milliliters of cooking cream
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil for spreading

 

Method of preparation:

 

Cut the zucchini into thin slices and drain the water. Add salt and arrange a few at the bottom of a rectangular shape smeared with olive oil.

Arrange the ham on top, again slices of zucchini, then yellow cheese.

Grate the tomatoes and distribute between the layers. Continue the row, finishing with the vegetables.

 

Beat the eggs, mix them with the cream and pour over the dish. Add salt and pepper.

 

Preheat oven to 180 degrees and bake for 30-35 minutes. Cool the finished milf, cut and serve, garnished with spices of your choice.
