How To Cook Zucchini With Red Fish, Tomatoes And Onions - Recipe

Required products :

3 zucchini

200 - 300 grams of red fish

2 tomatoes

1 onion

1 tablespoon oil

connection dill

pepper

Method of preparation :

Wash the zucchini, cut them in half lengthwise and carefully remove the inside with a sharp knife. Leave "walls" with a thickness of about 0.5 cm. A kind of boats are obtained.

Make the filling. To do this, peel the onion and chop finely. Make a cross cut on the tomatoes, scald them for a few minutes and peel them. Remove the seeds, cut the flesh into cubes. Cut the inside of the zucchini and the cleaned fish into cubes as well.

Fry the onion until transparent in the oil, then add the zucchini and stew for 2-3 minutes. Followed by tomatoes, stir and a minute later pour the fish cubes. Stir again and after another minute remove the mixture from the heat. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Distribute the resulting filling in the boats of zucchini, which arrange in a pan greased with oil. Bake in a preheated 230 degree oven for 20 minutes.

You can now enjoy the amazing taste of crispy zucchini with juicy filling. You can sprinkle the finished dish with chopped dill. It is consumed warm.
