This zodiac sign does not carry a lot of energy and health. Typical Crabs are emotional natures with a rich inner world. This emotionality in combination with their increased suspicion is the main thing that prevents the representatives of the sign to maintain good health and many of them are constantly lacking in energy and vitality.
Like no other in the zodiac, Cancers can easily get diseases and just as easily cure them.
Their weak point is the digestive system. Problems usually occur in the esophagus and especially in the stomach. Crabs are more at risk of food poisoning than anyone else. In addition, their weaknesses are: chest, knees, bladder, skin. Many people born under the sign suffer from depression, which is often suppressed by large amounts in a regular diet .
The main problem for Crabs in terms of nutrition is overeating , which in combination with their weak stomach, leads to various disorders of the digestive system (fermentation, nausea, vomiting, burning in the stomach and other unpleasant symptoms).
Crabs should avoid excessive amounts of food eaten in one meal. To prevent fermentation in the stomach, do not take sweet foods and drinks after meals. Confectionery to which Cancer is particularly addicted is not recommended. Care should also be taken when eating raw fruits and vegetables, especially those that can cause fermentation in the stomach. Cold drinks are also dangerous. When consuming mussels and crabs, the representatives of the sign should take into account the possibility of an allergic reaction.
Recommended foods : dishes mainly from cereals, sour milk and dairy products. Of the meats suitable are: fish and white poultry, steamed. Various soups are very useful, especially vegetable ones. The food must be fresh and well prepared. It is better to exclude fried dishes from the menu, you should not consume yesterday's dishes and fresh products.
Calcium fluoride is the energy mineral salt for Cancer , which plays an important role in regulating water-salt metabolism in the body. Sources of fluoride are seafood (including fish) and tea, which must be part of the menu of Crabs.
Representatives of the zodiac need selenium, whose natural sources are sulfurous mineral waters and garlic .
For Cancer, healthy eating consists of delicious and healthy food consumed in a pleasant atmosphere. Portions should not be large, better often, but smaller. Soups are a must, preferably vegetable. Desserts and sweets after meals are not allowed.
In order to maintain the required weight and to be in good physical shape, a separate diet is suitable for Cancer.

- half an avocado with lemon juice and 50 grams of shrimp, a large portion of combined salad;
- 2 roasted chicken legs (without skin) with a sauce made from 2 tablespoons of yogurt, mustard, curry, tomatoes, basil and onions;
- 2 slices of bran bread, 25 grams of caviar, sprinkled with lemon juice, cucumbers and lettuce.
Dinner (choose one of the offered options)
- 150 grams of chicken breast (without skin), cooked in mushroom soup; a salad of asparagus, watercress, orange and a small boiled potato;
- 150 grams of crab and oysters, a large portion of combined salad, seasoned with lemon juice; 125 grams of boiled potatoes;
- 125 grams of grilled ham steak, 75 grams of french fries, roasted tomatoes, cauliflower, a few grapes.
