- 250 grams of chicken (without skin), baked in broth, onions, tomatoes and carrots; 75 grams of mashed potatoes with skim milk; large portion of combined salad; 25 grams of vanilla ice cream;

- 125 grams of lean ground beef; cauliflower; 250 grams of boiled potatoes; a bun made of bran flour; 1 banana, cut into pieces and baked with 2 tbsp rum, when you prepare the banana, add 2 tbsp soft cheese;

- portion of chicken "Tandoori" with boiled rice, rye bread, lettuce. You can afford a glass of beer or a glass of dry wine;

- spaghetti with mussels and tomato sauce;

- a piece of melon, 250 grams of turkey meat, green vegetables, vanilla ice cream.
