The path to the man's heart is said to pass through the stomach. Alas, the path to gaining extra pounds is the same. Here are some tricks that will help you eat fewer calories without the body suffering from it.

Street food is a trap: it not only quickly satisfies hunger, but also accumulates fat at the same rate. For example, a hot dog has as many calories as a complete diet lunch.

  • The feeling of hunger that torments you between main meals can be suppressed if you slowly eat a plum and then keep its stone in your mouth for a while.
  • Also try eating a carrot or chewing dried (but not soaked) fruit. That way, you'll probably last until it's time for lunch.
  • Two glasses of cold mineral water (but not carbonated) is a great way to fill your stomach.
  • Low-fat cheese also satisfies hunger for a long time  .
  • Raw vegetable salads are sometimes recommended in the fight against calories, but their benefits in this case are debatable: they stimulate the secretion of insulin, therefore increasing appetite. Instead of a salad or before it, you can eat a piece of lean meat.
