He will explain how emotions and stress change the absorption of food and affect the stomach , as well as why raw food is not always good for our body. 
 
Improper nutrition is the result of disregard for the complex functions of the digestive organs and leads to irreparable damage, warns the German naturopath. In her many years of practice, she combines the complex methods of naturopathy and Schussler therapy with the necessary changes in the diet of her patients to achieve effective and definitive cure, as well as as part of preventive care for a balanced lifestyle. During her lectures, Angelica Wolfskill will tell you what other dietary rules to follow for allergies, diabetes, rheumatism and many other diseases. 
 
 
 
In her new book, published in Bulgarian, Countess Angelika Wolfskiil explains how natural processes(the change of day and night, of the seasons) determine the course of all physiological processes in living organisms. Nature controls the adaptation to certain biorhythms by individually regulating the amount of certain hormones. In turn, they "conduct" in harmony with the biological clock heart activity, blood pressure, brain activity, function of all organs, blood sugar levels, pleasure and pain. If we know the essence of biorhythms, we can use the peak phase of the day for concentrated work, and the lowest phase - for rest and sleep.
