Diet with a cafe

Exclude from your menu fatty and fatty foods and dishes, sweets, white flour products, "empty" calories in the form of fast food. Eat a little and if the coffee does not cause insomnia or increase your activity, swap places of the proposed options for afternoon breakfast and dinner, ending the day with a cup of coffee.
